Despite the initial challenge of locating the hotel, once inside, the spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. The lack of soundproofing did detract somewhat from the peace and quiet I sought, but the views from the balcony and the convenient access to the central district made up for this inconvenience.The spa services offered at the hotel were a highlight of my relaxation experience. The calming ambiance and professional staff ensured a rejuvenating treatment that left me feeling refreshed and revitalized. The complimentary bottled water provided in the room was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort of my stay.In conclusion, while Escala Ópera may have its drawbacks in terms of noise insulation, its tranquil environment, spa services, and convenient location make it a suitable choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of Madrid.
